Offence: constant idling

It unbalances teams, and makes people leave / unable to start matches at the beginning of new rounds (meaning when there is low population); or later during the night when the server is dieing out and it's him plus other idlers on one side: can not play because on one side is all idlers, including him.

Temporary 1 month ban lifted, if you see him play please write to him in chat / get his attention in chat and tell him to stop idling for hours! It ends up unbalancing the rounds in the long while, when the server is about to die, and the last matches are ruined because on one team you have 3 idlers and in the other team you have 6 people or so...

Our more senior admins are not online 24/7 to address this unbalancing so, it would be nice if the players can avoid leaving the PC with the game running for hours (he literally leaves it for 10+ hours unattended, that's why he was added to the banlist; but I am afraid he does not know / he is not able to understand why he was getting kicked).

So let's make sure to tell him... he is Russian , so we would appreciate russian-speaking players to tell him to avoid idling for so long.

Offence: baseraping the USMC carrier and idling for hours

The repeated idling causes teams to be unbalanced and it also results in killing the last trailing rounds at 2AM (EU night time) because what ends up happening is you have as much as 3 afk players all on one side and therefore nobody from the enemy team that spawns is able to switch over in order to continue playing in the new round; so the whole enemy team leaves and only the afk players remain on the server (all on one side so any new player joining can not do anything because you are put against a full team of only afk players).

Player is russian, has already received a 2 weeks (I believe) temporary ban starting a month ago for idling... I then met him in the server a week ago and tried to explain to him why he was banned (using English language, I could've used an in-game russian admin translator at that time).

And now we receive this report instead... so again he goes back to being temporarily banned. This will continue until he either gets permanently banned from the server, or he comes here to learn our rules, play fairly, and most importantly learn to DISCONNECT FROM THE SERVER once you are done playing (because that ends up causing unbalance in the teams).

I've removed what is now a 3 months temporary ban; I am afraid he still has the habit of idling for long hours though. If you see him doing that (he will be at the bottom of the scoreboard with 0 points for long periods of time), kick him from the server.
